A hidden gem in the city
The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel at home. Despite the challenges, the vibrant surroundings offered us a taste of Cartagena's nightlife.
However, the noise level from nearby clubs was unbearable at times. Our initial room had a musty smell, and the shower could use some upgrades.

The staff was super friendly and always accommodating. Rooms were clean, with a lovely scent from housekeeping. Check in and out was quick, under 10 mins. Rooftop pool was nice, and even though it was small, I never had trouble finding a sunbed. Breakfast had good options. Location is perfect for shops and restaurants.
