Thank you for a very relaxing stay. It's a gorgeous and beautiful hotel altogether, the service is amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the staff, they are helpful. The location is great and favourable, 1 mile from an imposing hilltop fortress. 10 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in a 5 star establishment.

It had amazingly comfortable rooms and great location.

The hotel's position was comfy and unbeatable, in the heart of the historic centre. Loved that it was set near to restaurants, shops, mini markets, all the main touristic places and Cartagena where there is constant pressure from locals to buy things when walking on the streets.

The hotel's location in the heart of the historic city provides easy access to popular attractions and museums. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service to guests during their stay. The rooms are well-designed, clean, and offer a comfortable stay for visitors.

The inconsistent service standards were a drawback during the stay.

Our accommodation was set in a central location near to Cartagena where there is constant pressure from locals to buy things when walking on the streets, and mini markets. San Diego district was worth visiting:)))

We were in an a double room with a safe box, cable TV, and a seating area.

We got great value for our money with a beautiful and spacious room, and the location in the middle of the walled city was perfect. The staff, especially the friendly young waiter and the accommodating receptionist, made us feel welcome and provided excellent service.

Hotel breakfast could have had more variety.

The location was marvellous and magnificent, close to a museum and a tower. Close to a port, it was a plus...

Cute rooms with comfortable beds, amazing shower, competent and helpful staff, excellent breakfast with a wide variety of food options, small but beautiful pool and jacuzzi with a great view.

I had such a great experience at Voila Centro Histórico. The minute I walked in, the staff was polite, friendly and very accommodating; going above and beyond to make me feel right at home. Service was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The building is a historical colonial house that was not only renovated in an incredibly tactful manner, but its location truly can’t be beat.

We recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located right in the heart of the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The room, although small, was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet and the rooftop restaurant with its beautiful views. The hotel also had great amenities like a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The highlight of our stay was the feeling of safety and security provided by the 24-hour front desk. I highly recommend this hotel for its central location and wonderful service.
